Terms of Use
Effective 2026-09-11. These terms govern Alyrea in Mexico and complement the standard license of the store where you obtained the app.

1. Alyrea and acceptance
Alyrea is offered by Kurt Donaldo Contreras Díaz, an individual. It is a personal or household budgeting, expense-tracking and financial-organization tool—not a bank, financial institution or money-transfer service. By using it, you accept these terms and the Privacy Notice.
2. Not financial advice
Alyrea provides organizational tools, calculations, estimates and general information. It does not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, accounting or regulated advisory services, and it does not guarantee outcomes. Verify important information and remain responsible for your decisions.
3. Your data and backups
Results depend on what you enter. In local mode, device loss, reset, deletion or uninstall may make data unrecoverable. Keep protected exports of anything you cannot reconstruct. System backups depend on Apple or Google and are not guaranteed by Alyrea.
4. Ori and third-party services
Ori and remote sync are Pro features in development and are not available in the public Free release. In builds where Ori is available, it can misunderstand requests or return incomplete or incorrect answers. Review every proposed change. A remote server is chosen and configured by you; uninstalling the app does not delete that server’s copy of your budget. Apple on-device models, outside model providers, Siri, widgets, notifications, DuckDuckGo and infrastructure services may vary by device, region, account and provider terms.
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use Alyrea lawfully for personal or household purposes. Do not disrupt services, bypass limits, access other people’s data, distribute malware or infringe rights. Alyrea’s original software, brand, visual assets and content remain owned or licensed by the controller; open-source components remain governed by their licenses.
6. Free release and future Pro
Alyrea is available free and ad-free on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Pro remains in development; its interest form is not a sale, reservation, price promise or launch guarantee. There are no Pro purchases, subscriptions or renewals yet. Android and other test builds may differ from the public release. We will update these terms before introducing purchases, ads or recurring payments.
7. Availability and responsibility
Features may be maintained, corrected, changed or discontinued for technical, security, legal or product reasons. Alyrea is not guaranteed error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing here excludes fraud, gross negligence, mandatory consumer protection or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Age
Alyrea is intended for people aged 18 or older and is not designed for children or adolescents. People under 18 must not use the app or submit information through its forms.
9. Privacy, Mexican law and contact
